Generation/creation of investmen projects

All those interested customers who wish to invest their funds in the real economy are provided with my office’s services on search and generation of the projects, which would comply with their requirements and meet their expectations. We take upon ourselves all hard work due to which from a large amount of the assumed projects those able to satisfy in full the customer’s needs will be selected. In case of receipt of an investment application, I, first of all, appraise it for feasibility, since it is unprofessional to find something unreal. As a rule, the inflated requirements are imposed on the amounts of profitability and the rates of return. The market realities and the current economic situation make their undisputable allowances. Before making a decision on investing in the most promising (from the point of view of profitability) project, it is necessary to analyze all risks and reveal all hidden pitfalls. Such an approach is justified by the fact that my business interest is in the successful project implementation (from the moment of investing to the return on investment) and the further profit-making. That is why in my work I am different in some conservatism from others. I consider that my primary objective is the maintenance of my customer’s investment capital funds and their reasonable accumulation.

Of course, my partners and I have to work with the high-risk projects, but that is where we understand that all risks are identified, elaborated in detail and the ways of their mitigation are found. At that, my customer is really aware of the current situation of the project and the prospects of its implementation. If my customer has both an opportunity and wish to risk reasonably and earn high income, I will always provide him with all necessary support and do my best for the risk mitigation and successful project implementation. As the saying goes: “No guts, no glory”!
