Criteria for selection of projects

Before contacting us you need to evaluate how much we can be of use to you.
You need to know that my office is exclusively engaged in projects of the real sector of the economy – projects which are implemented to produce tangible and intangible goods and services. Projects related to financial-and-credit and exchange operations pertaining to the financial sector of the economy and projects of the non-production sector of the economy also fall within my competence but are implemented jointly with my partners who are specialist companies in this sector of the economy. You can see a list of such partners in the relevant section of the website. At the same time, we are engaged in projects of both the public and private sectors of the economy.
The geography of my professional activity is Russia, Italy, Switzerland.

My office is engaged in the implementation of investment projects that have:
•A professional team needed for the successful implementation of the project;
•Initial material or financial assets necessary for the implementation of the investment project.
•Presence of own and/or borrowed financial resources in the amount of not less than 25% of the required amount of project financing.
•A necessary package of documents required to attract financing and meeting international standards.
•The amount of the investment is from 0.5 million Euros.
•High priority of the project for the initiator.

Failure to meet a condition (with the exception of the subject of the project) is not necessarily an obstacle to attracting financing. I offer my customers a package of services allowing them to bring the project to the level of achievement of objectives – attracting the missing financing and its successful implementation.
Practice shows that most projects are not able to attract financing due to incorrect assessment of existing assets, the lack of own financial resources in the amount of 25% of the total amount of financing, the lack of necessary and adequately prepared documents, the lack of a team capable of implementing the project.
My private consultant office together with offices of my partners is in fact an existing association of professional, independent, legal, consulting and finance companies and has the necessary capabilities and resources to solve current problems.
